Request and work tracking app for a data team

overview

An in-house app I build with a teammate at FuzulEv. Other teams open requests to the Data team, requests land in the team's pool, and the work is tracked end to end. It is limited to the company network, so it has no public link or demo; the people and data in the screenshots are samples.

  • The full request lifecycle: review, to do, in progress, requester approval, done
  • Drag-and-drop board, list with bulk actions and calendar views
  • Team pool, round-robin auto-assignment, estimated and actual effort tracking
  • Notifications, scheduled alerts and a per-person workload summary
