From raw tables dumped into Excel to a live, narrative data layer that drives business decisions, fully automated.
Before: Data was exported by hand into Excel as raw tables; every report was built one by one, stale and error-prone. Business decisions came from static tables, with delay.
After: Now data is ingested automatically via Cloud Run + Cloud Scheduler and layered in BigQuery (raw → enrichment → history → DataMart), guarded by automated quality checks and Slack alerts. With Looker/Data Studio dashboards and scheduled automated reports delivered to C-level, decisions are visual, current and data-driven, with zero manual work.
